You agree to use Circles only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you share and any activity that occurs under your account.
You must maintain the security of your account. Circles cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Circles is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Circles has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities. Users found sharing such content will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement. Circles has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive in any way. The developer will act on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content. Violations will result in immediate removal of your content and permanent termination of your account.
Circles provides tools for users to flag objectionable content and block abusive users. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed. Reports are reviewed by the developer within 24 hours.
